MagAFA Flight Attendants are currently operating under the Collective Bargaining Agreement which was ratified in February of 2010.  

This Agreement shall become effective upon ratification February 19, 2010, and shall continue in full force and effect for two years until February 18, 2012 and shall renew itself without change each succeeding year thereafter unless written notice of intended change is served in accordance with Section 6, Title I of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, by either party hereto, at least ninety (90) days prior to February 18, 2012 or any subsequent February 18.
