Hello Everyone,
I would just like to update you all on some news regarding the hotel desk. As of April there will no longer be a hotel available for Mesa Crews. Mesa has decided to use a 3rd party company who will now be doing our hotels. Curt Eckert will now be employed by this new 3rd party company and will still be at HDQ to assist with crews. I am asking that if you have any problems with hotels that you now include me as well as one of your hotel reps in your council. Dealing with a out source company is new and I need to be informed as to what is going on out there and would like to beware of all and any issues happening when it comes to hotels. We need to make sure that this out source company is abiding by our lodging section of our contract (Sec 6. Page 17 B 1-6) and are resolving all the issues. I am including your Hotel Union Reps in your domicile at the bottom of this page just in case you don't have there information.
First off I would like to say a Happy Holidays to each of you! I know it's been a while hearing from the hotel committee so this email may be a little longer than normal, but has A LOT of information that I think everyone needs to know.

I hope the begining of your summer is going well and you're trying to keep cool. I am sending this blast out to inform you of some new changes going on in the hotel area. First I would like to introduce to you one of your new LEC's on the East Coast she is been with Mesa for 2yrs now and active flight attendant based in ORD, Kristen Smith. She is very eager to help you out when it comes to hotel stays and problems. You can email her as well and she will pass the information over to me and together we work as a team to help you, our flight attendants.
In my last Blast I mentioned a hotel information spreadsheet I am putting together for your use on overnights. On this Hotel Info sheet I am including hotel numbers, discounts at the hotel such as resturants, if the hotel provides free wifi, business center, area attractions, etc.
Hello to all of you flight attendants,
As the spring and summer months are approaching us that means a lot more outdoor activities during our overnights for some of us. All our hotels in our system make a priority to have a safe environment for us.. However, I would like to go over some hotel safety tips to help keep you safe and aware.
If any of you are having hotel problems or are hearing about hotel problems Please send me an email or give me a call. Remember I can't do anything if I don't know what is going on. From now on I will be sending a blast out every month regarding hotels issues and resolutions.
